Here we are in Southern Ca
lifornia, soaking up the last of the summer suns while spending time with the grandparents. We just came from one side of the country, and now we are on the complete opposite. It has been nice to get to know Jon's grandparents a bit more, as well as their cute munchkins, Joey and Max the yorkshire terriers. We've taken advantage of their neighborhood hot tub each night, saw the sights of Simi Valley, and today we went to the beach and mini golfing. It was epic. Ok, Jon was epic. 5 under par. I, on the other hand, well let's just say I did not do as well. :) But it was still fun. Gotta love visiting the in-laws, get to see all
kinds of embarrassing pictures and videos and here all kinds of fun stories. But, 'tis just a short visit. Soon we hit the skies once more to head back to cloudy Auburn!
