Anxious to fill the quiet spaces Gretchen left behind, it was a few days later that Mom and I drove to pick up two new puppies. We decided to get two in the hopes that they would somewhat entertain each other. Don't kid yourself readers, two puppies does equal twice the work of one. After much deliberation names were finally decided upon, as seen in the title of this post. They are quite different in personality, with Mischa, the four month old girl being the alpha male who is quite social. Mr. Fritz, the three month old male, definitely holds his own against Mischa though and puts up a good fight. Though he can be less social, he is really a sweet little boy who loves to be loved. Because something in the pond is what caused Gretchen's death, we can't leave them outside by themselves yet until it gets cleaned. And since they aren't fully house trained, we can't leave them inside by themselves. So.... that leaves us watching them 24/7 except for those beautiful times called 'nap time'. Fun, but oh so time consuming. Since I couldn't put up all the pictures of the munchkins here, I've posted the link where you can see the rest of them.
